Canary Wharf is home to one of the most prestigious business addresses in the world and a highly distinctive London landmark; the tower at 1 Canada Square is the tallest building in Britain.
Thos Storey were involved from the feasibility stages and subsequently appointed as a nominated supplier by Olympia & York – the original investors and developers – even before the selection of the main building contractors. As such we designed, manufactured and installed all the water-roads and temporary bridging (including bascule, lift and floating bridges) across the Canary Wharf site for all of the main contractors for a period of over 7 years. |
