In-house we benefit from a six-sigma black-belt, two CSWIP Welding Inspectors and various ‘Lean Leaders’ so ensuring that all projects are constantly re-assessed for improvements which generates savings in both cost and time.

We are accredited to ISO 9001:2000 and are committed to ensuring high levels of quality are consistently achieved.  We can provide PFMEA, ISIR and PPAP documentation.

To perform ISIR inspection we use one of our two gold- and platinum-standard FARO measuring arms.  This gives us the capability to measure up to a 2.5m envelope.
