Laser Cutting
Our four laser cutting systems, including a new fibre optic laser, can handle plate sizes of up to 4000mm x 2000mm, and thicknesses ranging from 0.8mm to 25mm.
Plasma Cutting
Our range of High Definition plasma machines are able to cut materials of thicknesses up to 40mm.
Technicut
The technicut offers a cutting service for material up to 100mm thick.
We operate CNC press brakes from 50 to 500 tonnes. The benefit of in-house machining and forming is that we are able to react quickly and flexibly to changing and exacting customer demands.
We have over 110,000 sq ft of fabrication capacity allowing us to react and adapt to changing and exacting requirements. Along with our team of BSEN 287-1 approved welders and fabricators, we employ robotic welding systems therefore we are able to tailor output to requirement with ease.
We have state-of-the-art finishing plant and benefit from both powder-coating and wet-painting facilities. There is a modern shot blasting plant as well as a Grade-A Oxsilan pre-treatment plant.
We offer both manual and automated washing facilities ensuring that we are able to meet exacting cleanliness standards in the production of fuel and hydraulic tanks.
Our teams of skilled fitters have extensive knowledge of completing complex assemblies including hydraulic systems, which allow products to be delivered line-side.
In-house we benefit from a six-sigma black-belt, two CSWIP Welding Inspectors and various ‘Lean Leaders’ so ensuring that all projects are constantly re-assessed for improvements which generates savings in both cost and time.
We are accredited to ISO9001:2008 and are committed to ensuring high levels of quality are consistently achieved. We can provide full PPAP documentation. ISIRs are conducted with our portable CMM capability. This gives us the capability to measure up to a 2.5m envelope. We pride ourselves on our ability to determine and control New Product Introduction (NPI). This allows for a very short lead time on the introduction of new work.

We have the capability to design in AutoDesk Inventor using the latest simulation technology to test designs, and Radan to maximise material use.
